Askegården is a converted large farm, located in the middle of the Danish nature with fields on all sides. You will experience the farmland up close. There are 2 kilometers to a nice beach and to a cozy little town that offers a cafe and ice cream parlor, as well as other small pleasures.

The area around Askegården is rich in beautiful and interesting sights. Only about 20 kilometers from the place is one of Denmark’s most famous amusement parks, namely BonBon Land, which contains everything every child and childish adult could wish for. 45 minutes drive from the place is Møns Klint, which is a very famous sight. Wind and weather eat a piece of the cliff every year and it is fascinating to see how the erosion changes the landscape. There are many other sights on Zealand and near Askegården. You can participate in fjord sailing, visit Knuttenborg Safari Park, Gavnø Castle, and the Viking castle Trelleborg.
